Overview
All Tobii Dynavox devices come with our Manufacturer’s Warranty and Basic Support plan. Depending on your device, it’s possible to have a longer Manufacturer’s Warranty or the possibility of upgrading the Basic Support plan.

iPad coverage is included for the duration of both the Manufacturer and Support 360 warranties.
Tobii Dynavox is committed to delivering our customers with comprehensive, high-quality solutions so that people can communicate in a way that meets their needs.  We are continuously improving our hardware, software, content and services despite the continued increase in costs.  While we will continue to absorb most of these costs, we will have a price increase on select AAC devices as of February 1, 2023.  We believe that the ongoing improvements in our solutions, including the increased coverage of our Support 360 warranty from one year to three years on select AAC devices, will benefit our customers and their communication needs. Current unexpired price quotes will be honored.

All Tobii Dynavox devices come with a minimum 2-year Manufacturer’s Warranty. Additional accessories such as cases, bags, keyguards, switches and mount plates come with a 90-day warranty, and device mounts come with a 1-year warranty. Our Support 360 Warranty or Extended Warranty are not available for these additional accessories and device mounts.
We warrant, during a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of shipment*, that our delivered products:
*The 24 month warranty period starts from the date the product is shipped from Tobii Dynavox’s manufacturing facility when it is first purchased. If the device is repaired or exchanged, the original warranty will still start at the original date of shipment (of the original device) when it was first purchased; a new 24 month period will not be restarted.
This warranty does not apply to consumable items, such as batteries, unless damage has occurred due to defects in materials and workmanship.

Products and accessories sold by us which are not manufactured by Tobii Dynavox are not covered by the Tobii Dynavox Manufacturer Warranty, nor are defects or malfunctions caused by:
The Tobii Dynavox Manufacturer Warranty is considered null and void if damage has been caused, in our estimation, by disassembly or other modification by any party who is not specifically authorized by Tobii Dynavox to provide such service.
The Tobii Dynavox Manufacturer’s Warranty is only valid for products purchased directly from Tobii Dynavox or an authorized Tobii Dynavox reseller. Please note that when you purchase a product from a dealer that is not authorized, you are taking a risk, as the products may be counterfeit, used, damaged, defective, stolen, or may not be designated for use in your country. Please protect yourself, and your Tobii Dynavox product, by ensuring you purchase through proper channels. A complete list of Tobii Dynavox authorized resellers can be found here. Tobii Dynavox shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any indirect or consequential damage, including but not limited to loss of business or goodwill, loss of revenue or loss of profits. Tobii Dynavox´s liability under the warranty shall be limited to the order sum, i.e. the total price of Products and Services delivered. This warranty does not guarantee uninterrupted use of your device.
Neither party shall be liable to the other for failure or delay in the performance of an obligation due to events that are unforeseeable and beyond the control of either Party, such as but not limited to war, fire, explosion, labor conflicts, acts of nature, embargoes or government regulations and restrictions that interfere with the obligations carried out hereunder, provided that the Party affected by such case of force majeure gives prompt written notice of such condition to the other Party and resumes its performance as soon as reasonably possible.
In order to use your warranty to get a device repaired, you will need to notify us first and follow a series of steps.
We also offer additional service warranties through our Support Plans.
We offer three levels of support with the option to extend certain plans to help you get the most from your product.
Included with all devices
Provides access to online self-help materials such as support articles and videos, social community support, 48 hour response time on email requests along with access to phone support for 90 days.
1, 2 or 3 year options
Includes all Basic Support features, phone support for 1, 2 or 3 years plus an upgrade in email response time to 24 hours. You can upgrade to Phone Support at any time to cover most Tobii Dynavox products.
1, 2 or 3 year options
Includes all other plan features in addition to device repairs. All premium devices include a Support 360 warranty. Devices not purchased directly through Tobii Dynavox or an authorized reseller are void.

Available for purchase in 1-year to 3-year increments, Support 360 Extended Warranties allow you to extend your original Support 360 Warranty on your Tobii Dynavox device up to 3 years from the ship date of the product.
The Extended Warranty helps ensure against unexpected repair bills and helps to:
Avoid delays caused by purchase orders or funding approvals
Relieve end-users, caregivers and schools of damage liability
Minimize time without the device if a repair is needed
