This occurs because when Tobii Communicator was installed, a file was not registered. To register the file, follow the steps below.
- Exit out of Tobii Communicator.
- Select the Start button. If you are using a P10 choose Run.
- In the search box on a C-Series, or in the Run dialog box on a P10, type regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\DSKernel2.dll and hit Enter.
- A prompt will appear stating that the file was registered successfully.
Once these steps are followed, the pop-up should no longer appear.
