Boardmaker Activities has empty folders within TD Snap

TD Snap Boardmaker activities has blank folders

 

To Restore the Snap Activities folder, please close TD Snap on your device and follow the steps below

  1. Open a web browser on any device and go to www.myboardmaker.com
  2. Log into your Boardmaker account (it should use the same credentials as the myTobiiDynavox Account)
  3. Select the "My Activities" option from the Home Page
     
  4. Select the X to the far right of the Snap Activities folder 
  5. Close the web browser and open TD Snap on your device. Re-log into your mytobiidynavox.com account. The folders should re-populate as long as you are on a Wi-Fi network and signed into your mytobiidynavox.com account.
