How Do I Use "Touch Exit" in Communicator 5 Without Getting Stuck in the C5 Quick Menu?
Touch Exit is a method often used when the user needs more time to release from their selection. Thus, adjustments are going to be made to Communicator 5 to allow them (in this example 1.0 second, but that can be adjusted as needed) to have more time to rest on a selection than normal and then the selection is going to be activated when it is released or exited. It is important that these steps are done in this order - it is especially important to not overlook the steps to Disable Right-Click in C5.
- From the C5 Quick Menu, select Advanced Settings.
- Select Disable Right-Click.
- Select Disable right-click.
- Select the white X to close this window.
- Select Input Method.
- Select Touch/Mouse (in necessary).
- Select Touch/Mouse Settings.
- Adjust Minimum time a button must be pressed to 1.0 seconds.
- Select OK.
- Select OK.
- Select the white X to close Advance Settings.
