How do I hover over an item when using Computer Control?

If you are using Computer Control there may seem to be an action missing.  That is, how to simply hover the cursor over an item on the screen.  For instance, on a website, sometimes the only way to open a drop down list is to hover the mouse over it.  

If you need to hover without clicking on anything, dwell over the item without selecting on the Activator (the button that opens the Interaction Menu).  That should produce the same action as hovering over something with your mouse.
