How do I get the navigation bar in TD Browse to stop expanding when I focus on an item in the top corners?

Try zooming in on the webpage so that the area you are gazing at, such as a menu, has more space around it.  This will allow your eyes to have a better chance of fixating on the icon rather than the navigation bar.
