Gaze Viewer license activation says I am offline although I am connected to the internet

When activating your license, Gaze Viewer connects to our license server over the internet. Due to network limitations, we might not be able to do that. In this case, please ask your IT departement or network administrator to add the following URL to your firewall: https://qlm.tobii.com/qlm/qlmservice.asmx
