where is the external body parts folder in the word lists of Compass?

In Master Page pageset.
editing the button, "problem with ___" on the "How I feel tab" of the Doctor topic,
The slot words is pointing at the "External Body Parts" word lists.
When looking in the Word lists menu it is difficult to find this list to add words to it.

The External body parts folder is within the Science folder inside of the School folder
