Where did the Windows Settings Utility go?

The Windows Settings Utility has been replaced on our products with Hardware Settings except for on the I-12+ and I-15+ devices with Windows 10 Professional. 

If you have an I-12+ or I-15+ with Windows 10 Home or Windows 8 Home you will see neither of these.

Indi, Indi7, I-110, I-13, and I-16 will all have Hardware Settings.
