What do I do if I forgot my TD Pilot / Speech Case / TD Navio passcode?

This article should help if you forgot your the iPad passcode used to get to your iPad's home page. 

TD Navios

For the TD Navio, the options are limited.  If you are the owner or the owner's caregiver(s), please contact technical support.  If the device is connected to WiFi, technical support can reset the device or wipe the passcode as long as it has not been removed from our Mobile Device Management (MDM) system.  If you have a device that is managed by another organization, like a school system, they may be able to wipe the passcode or reset the device.  

If your TD Navio is not connected to WiFi, technical support may need to provide you with a return authorization in order to send in your device.

TD Pilot and Speech Cases

For the TD Pilot and Speech Cases, please navigate to https://support.apple.com/en-us/105090?device-type=ipad.  This Apple knowledgebase article take you step by step through the process of resetting your iPad so that you can set it up again for access.  If you backed up the iPad or TD Snap, you can access your backup after resetting up your device.
