How to Ensure That Words Are Predicted Once in Compass

When the Predict Words only Once check box is selected, you have only one chance to select a word in a predictor button. If you do not select a word, that word will not be predicted again until after you complete the word you are entering - by adding ending punctuation or a space.

1.  Select the Settings button in the toolbar.



Note: If the Toolbar is hidden, first select the Edit Button  at the top right corner of your screen.

2.  Select Rate Enhancement.
3.  Select the Predict Words Only Once check box next to Prediction.



5.  Select the Donebutton in the top right-hand corner of your screen.
