How do you access usage reports in Communicator 5?

1. Launch Communicator 5.
2. Right click or press and hold for 5 seconds to bring up the advanced menu.
3. Select Advanced Settings.
4. Select User Setup.
5. Select Usage Tracking.
6. Select Export to Excel if you want to pull the data into a spreadsheet.

Note: If you've not enabled usage tracking, this is also where you will find the Track Usage check box to enable/disable.
