The MyTobii P10 can be used for environmental control together with a IR transmitter such as the GEWA or the TIRA.

You will also need a communication software that supports environmental control, such as Tobii Communicator.

The P10 can be ordered with a built in GEWA IR transmitter and receiver or an external TIRA IR transmitter and receiver.
