How and why did we develop Indi?

The Indi was developed in response to the changing dynamics of our industry over the past few years. The biggest change has been the adoption of mainstream tablets. This has been great for the industry; more people are aware and using AAC than ever before. However, there are some aspects of mainstream consumer tablets that are not ideal. We decided to develop a product that was built from the ground up, specifically for AAC, but at a consumer price level. We believe this gives customers greater control over their choice of AAC as the democratisation of AAC is one of the most important changes happening.

We designed the Indi from the ground up ourselves thinking about the most important aspects of AAC: portable, great speakers (for high quality and high volume sound) and built-in IR.
