Can I install TD Browse on my I-12+, I-15+, laptop, or Surface Pro?

TD Browse has been designed to work with the new underlying eye tracking stack available on the I-13 and I-16.  TD Browse has been designed for Windows 10, and has minimum hardware requirements that match that of I-13 and I-16.
