Step by Step: A Guided Funding Experience for AAC Devices

Description

Funding an Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) device can be a cumbersome process with multiple steps in evaluation and reporting. Participants in this workshop will review timesaving, easy-to-use, and free resources from Tobii Dynavox that address funding challenges. Our goal is to simplify the funding process so you can move forward with confidence. Our supportive resources will help you tackle funding and get the devices your clients need.

Upon successful completion, participants will be able to:

·      State 2 funding resources that support the device funding process.

·      Identify 3 areas that are required in a device report.

·      State 2 benefits of utilizing the E-Funding portal.

We look forward to learning with you in our live virtual session. This course provides an opportunity to earn ASHA CEUs and will not be recorded. If you cannot attend, check out our Learning Hubfor other learning opportunities.
