Creating a Shared Space for Communication with TD Snap Aphasia

Description

In this course, you will learn how the TD Snap Aphasia page set supports both comprehension and expression through everyday communication tools. You will explore real-life examples of how these tools can be used with a person with aphasia and their family. By the end, you will be prepared to apply these strategies to create more successful and inclusive communication experiences.

After successfully completing this course, learners will be able to…

  • Describe how conversation functions as a cycle and why both comprehension and expression need support.
  • Explain how communication supports promote participation and connection.
  • Identify tools available within the TD Snap Aphasia page set that support understanding and expression during conversation.

We look forward to learning with you in our live virtual session. This course provides an opportunity to earn ASHA CEU’s and will not be recorded. If you are unable to attend, check out our Learning Hub for other learning opportunities.
